LIKE NEVER BEFORE

Ok Ok...

We met with our pastor last weekend. There were a lot of awkward silences, but he seems nice. We have to meet with him 3 more times to talk about the meaning of love and marriage. I am totally not looking forward to this.

Super Bride Sunday was fucking crazy. It was packed. Thousands of women. Hundreds of booths. Several photographers, caterers, dress and tuxedo places, chocolate fountains, disc jockeys, jewelers, dove releasers, lilmo services. Each booth had a prize that you could sign up for. It took 3 hours, but I think I signed up for everything. At one tuxedo booth, some guy randomly picked me to go into the CASH CAGE. Im sure everyone has seen this sort of thing...you get in a plastic box and money flies around and you have to catch as much as you can in 30 seconds while everyone watches. As soon as the guy turned around, I ran away dragging my mom by the arm. There was also a cake dive, but I opted out of that too. Not in the mood to actually work for my winnings. The grand prize at the Super Bride Sunday was basically having every aspect of your wedding paid for. To be eligible for this you had to have the person at each booth initial their box of the booth map and then turn it in at the end. I got through it all, the whole thing, with only a few scrapes and bruises with the help of the mother. I made her initial some of the boxes herself.

And yes I did win something...I think the first thing I have ever won...a 3 day/ 2 night all inclusive vacation anywhere. The catch is that Jim and I have to listen to their seminar this Friday about their services. They are a company that sells a bunch of stuff that you can register for... Im guessing like pots and pans and stuff. Im not 100% sure, I didn't really listen to everything she said on the phone (i won something-i won something-i won something) , and I honestly don't remember their booth. So yeah we do that this Friday. Im excited. Jim refuses to get excited. He thinks its a scam. I think its wonderful.
